Model of a three-deck, 80-gun ship of the line, with bone figurehead and ornate rear castle, canvas-dried. Made of wood, with a partially gilded hull imitating armor, metal and rope. Set on a straw marquetry plate decorated with a military trophy. Work of the 19th century. Presented in a mahogany veneered display case. A few accidents and missing parts, notably a cannon on the port bow and on the inlay; cracks on the straw inlay base; splinters on the display case; glue dots to reattach some ropes.
