Silver (950) oval covered jam cruet with quadripod mounting, embossed vine branches, ribbon knot holding a medallion, A.J. numerals, two straight handles. Lid decorated in silver (min. 800), with strawberry-shaped grip. Blue glass lining, probably brought in, with the label of the silversmith Maurice MAYER. Minerve (body) or Cygne (lid) hallmarks. Net weight of frame: 283.9 g. - Net weight of lid: 185 g. Damage to one bulb; a few knocks, notably to the lid's rabbet.
