This Hardy rosé is not a blend (a mixture of red and white wines), but a pellicular maceration. This is a champagne of character, with intense aromas of strawberry and cherry, enhanced by an extra brut dosage. - Brut: this champagne is blended with a portion of reserve wines aged in oak barrels for added complexity. Blend: 75% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay and 5% pinot meunier.
