Bouteille de CHEVAL BLANC 2016 ( 75 cl) Cheval Blanc 2016 is a great vintage, dry and fresh, expressing all the typicity of a great Cheval Blanc, complex and balanced. Red and black fruit dominate, with cherry, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as floral notes of violet, rose, peony and lilac. Aeration gradually brings out peppery, spicy, almost caramelized notes. The creamy, voluminous attack continues through to a mid-palate of powerful yet coated, voluminous and refined tannins. It's the balance between tannin and acidity that gives this wine its breed and endless, fresh, fruity length.
