Nice set comprising a covered pepper shaker and a salt shaker in silver (950) with a tripod frame formed of openwork consoles, joined by large cut-out leaves and a hanging pomegranate, decorated with garlands and leaf falls. Removable silver (950) dishes. Pepper pot lid in the form of an openwork rosette of leaves, with pinecone fretel. Goldsmith's hallmark: Vincent BREANT, received Master in Paris in 1754 and no longer active in 1778. PARIS, Charge [star] and Décharge [helmeted head] hallmarks for 1768-1774 and Jurande [K] for 1773. Total weight: 324 g. - H.: 5.7 or 8.8 cm - W.: 7.7 cm. Scratches and minor knocks.
