Desk set in wood and brass painted in imitation of brown porphyry and gilded brass trim, consisting of a rectangular tray with recessed corners and molded molding, on a cut baseboard, two dolphins in support of penholders and two inkwells covered with fretels in flowers. Style of the 18th century, early 20th century. On the back of the tray, an inscription indicating that it is a departure gift given to Mr. Jacquemet, Clerk. H. 13 cm - Length : 33.4 cm - Depth : 25 cm. One glass cup is missing. Some wear and scratches.
