Saber of edge or spoon with pot of the type 1811 Wraparound hilt and palmette quillon, in iron with and black paint (refreshed?). Curved, flat-backed blade with an engraved apocryphal inscription "Manufre Rle de Klingenthal, Mai 1816", with a broad hollow front and a single edge, with traces of an engraved anchor on each side, possibly regreased. Sewn black leather scabbard, with round button cap and brass bolt. Blade length : 67.5 m. - Total length : 83 cm. Possible reassembly or enrichment. Blade cleaned, with traces of oxidation and corrosion; scabbard tired, with cracks and tears, bowl missing.
