Large brooch mounted in yellow gold (750 and 585) bordered by friezes of interlacing or triangles, surrounded by flowering branches, scrolls and a garland, topped by a mask of winged grotesque, and centered by an important intaglio on agate chalcedony engraved with a mythological scene featuring Hephaestus, near his anvil, a woman and a child, on a background of chariot.
