In an oval case of seal in green tinted shagreen, from the end of the XVIIIth century, reported (accidents and many missing). 3.5 x 4.7 x 3.4 cm. Lot composed of organic material from monitored species, listed in Appendix II of CITES. Appendix II species are not necessarily threatened with extinction, but their trade is controlled to avoid exploitation incompatible with their survival. Import or export restrictions may apply or a CITES certificate may be required. For a possible export, it will be up to the future buyer to inquire - prior to any purchase - with the customs of the country concerned, especially if it is the United States.
