Printed on account of the author by Lacroix, Verboeckhoven & Cie but not distributed, except for a few copies, this edition was entirely bought back by the Brussels bookseller Jean-Baptiste Rozez who put it back on sale in 1874 with a cover, a false title and a title reprinted at this date.
