JAPON, fin du XIXème siècle Perfume burner in patinated bronze with engraved or inlaid metal decorations of leaves or waves, resting on four sinuous feet with heads of birds of prey, on a circular molded base. The body is decorated with two large cartouches containing a samurai in a garden or an eagle among branches. The grips in the shape of dragons and the frétel in the shape of an eagle and a hidden animal (?). Removable lining in openwork bronze. Base in moulded blackened wood. H. without base : 43.5 cm. Wear and tear and some scratches and shocks.
