Scratches and small shocks from use; some oxidation. - Pair of plain pewter circular plates, moulded on the reverse. Hallmark of pewter potter : Laurent and Benoît MORANT, received masters in Lyon around 1664 and 1680. No control mark. Around 1680-1700. Diameter : 23,5 cm. Numerous scratches on the obverse, repolished; some scratches on the reverse.
