FRANCE, début du XXème siècle A pair of moulded, carved and gilded wooden armchairs with medallion backs topped with a streamer, a crown and a branch, and decorated with fillets, leaves and leaf friezes, resting on four turned, fluted legs with twisted asparagus rudents. The connecting thimble has a mirror and a crown. Crimson velvet upholstery, later, worn. H. 104 cm - Width : 67 cm - Depth : 63 cm. Wear and chips to the gilding, notably to a back; missing armrest hooks.
