ÉLÉONORE GEISSLER We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, 2021 India ink and felt pen 29.9 x 42 cm ATELIER #28 ÉLÉONORE GEISSLER Born in 1992 in Paris where she lives and works. Éléonore Geissler is a multimedia video artist who graduated from Ensba and Ensad. Her first animated short film Alien TV, nominated for the Emile Reynaud prize, was shown in many international festivals. She develops a universe nourished by the fantastic tales of Eastern Europe and horror films. Her work, based on a practice of drawing whose line is borrowed from black humor serves as a research board for her videos. These short experimental videos will lead to the commissioning of a short film by the City of Paris in October 2020 for the Nuit Blanche, Walking with Dragons.
