Round barrel, with three sides, of which a broad rounded one, towards the thunder. Smooth. Caliber 17 mm. Breechblock with illegible markings. Walnut barrel, stock dated C.B. 1810 and marked BESSON on the back of the counterplate. Brass fittings, stamped by POZON [P crowned]. With an iron nailhead ramrod. Barrel length: 20 cm - Total length: 34.5 cm. Some chips, cracks, shocks and scratches to the barrel; general oxidation; accident to the hammer; play between lock and barrel.
