With oval plate of maintenance and silver wheel. Goldsmith's mark on the plate: EDOUARD. 1908-1917. Total gross weight : 45 g. - 54 x 34 mm. Some wear; oxidation. The german silversmith Edouard DIETWALD (+ 1910) seems to have settled in Saint Petersburg around 1895 and was part of the 2nd Artel. He founded the EDOUARD workshop around 1900, and worked as much for a private clientele as for the State, in particular for regimental badges, schools or medals.
