Epoque Premier Empire (1804-1815) Secretary in flamed mahogany veneer opening on the front by a drawer, a flap and two leaves unmasking three drawers, framed by two Corinthian columns.   The interior has a window and eight drawers.   Rich ornamentation in gilded bronze, such as: capitals, plinths, keyways, joint covers and applied motifs (chariot on clouds, cupids, butterflies ...).  Belgian black marble top.  145 x 97.5 x 43.5 cm.   Two of the eight interior drawers are missing. Left rear foot shortened, unstable.   Cracks, partially exposed veneer, accidents and in particular to the veneer, the flap and the cornice; missing bronze seal cover.
