CHINE, XIXÈME SIÈCLE A white porcelain bottle vase on a moulded foot with a blue rotating decoration, underglaze, of a man guiding a buffalo on a bridge, a garden with a family, near a pond with a moored boat and a flight of ducks, and green, yellow and manganese spots, underglaze, called "Harlequin decoration". The base of the neck and the shoulder underlined of friezes of long leaves and Greek and of usual objects in blue. Orange calligraphy stamp on the reverse. Mounted in a lamp. H. 41 cm. Small chips, especially at the foot.
