The immersion in the universe of the House will begin with a private visit of the cellars in Epernay, where a vertical tasting of rare champagnes will be organized, within the "Reserve of great vintages". Guests will then be invited to Trianon, Moët & Chandon's heritage site, which was inhabited by the founding families until the 20th century, in the heart of Epernay. It is in this historic place that Marco Fadiga, Moët & Chandon's Executive Chef, will reveal the extent of his know-how and passion by orchestrating a gastronomic lunch based on food pairings and great vintages.
