A dozen home-made recipes with a variety of flavours are associated with personalities from the world of cinema. The "confiNure" was created in his Brussels workshop by chef Pierre Marcolini. Made by hand, these jams are made from carefully selected ingredients of organic origin. These recipes are not very sweet and give pride of place to the flavours of the season. Try them for yourself!
