LA COMPAGNIE DU MIEL A handcrafted box of rare honeys from Madagascar, produced by the Honey Company: Madagascar has become the Great Honey Island, rich in honey trees unique in the world including the extraordinary Litchi on which bees forage with greed. The diversity of ecosystems, climate and isolation offer ideal conditions for beekeeping with up to three harvests per year. La Compagnie du Miel has developed a social and environmental approach to beekeeping. It equips and trains beekeepers and guarantees them a sustainable economic activity. The remote harvesting areas, free of pesticides, allow the production of honeys that are unique in the world, pure and natural, such as Litchi, Niaouli or Eucalyptus. La Compagnie du miel presents a unique artisanal box composed of 3 creations made from honey with delicately scented flavours: - 2 jars of Litchi honey with a creamy texture and particularly surprising floral notes of rose and lychee (awarded the Gold Medal at Epicures 2020), - 1 bottle of Litchi mead designed in partnership with BEECHE DRINKS - 1 box of Litchi honey chocolates, created in partnership with LENÔTRE. This box, handmade by local craftsmen, is made of raffia, an emblematic material of Madagascar, from a variety of large palm trees. https://www.compagniedumiel.com/
