Virginie Taittinger has chosen to add to the best vintages of the 2008 harvest, an exceptional year, especially for the Montagne de Reims Grand Crus, 15% of reserve wines from 2007 in order to further increase the balance and elegance of this Grande Cuvée.The Grande Cuvée has aged on lees in our cellars for 6 years in perfect temperature and hygrometry conditions. It also benefits from a rest of at least 6 months after disgorging to perfect its maturity (Bottling: in March 2009; Disgorged in May 2015). It is delivered individually with its box which can be transformed into an astonishing champagne bucket to refresh your bottle.
