Sloping desk forming a bookcase in moulded cherry wood. Opening, at the top, by two doors with latticework on shelves, topped with a motif of interlacing with a leafy base, and at the bottom, by a moving flap, trimmed in red leather adorned with irons, revealing four tiered drawers and shelves, and underlined by a row of three drawers in the belt. It rests on four curved legs ending in crow's feet. The sides of the bookcase are pannelled. Straight cornice. Carved belt. Late 18th century.
